I own a travel agency in Mauritania that offers adventure trips (Mauritania-Adventure).
Together with Mauritanian friends we discovered this nugget in the Mauritanian desert in the Tasiast region (GPS 20-26'N 15-35'O) during a survey carried out in 2017 with a metal detector (Garrett ATX) at about 5 cm to 10 cm deep.
It is a Saharan-type desert region.
This nugget is uncoated and therefore has many rough reliefs.
It is relatively flat and has curved edges.
I am selling them in the condition I found them in. I just washed them with soap.
