"Angelus" the famous watch company, founded in 1891 in Locle Switzerland by the brothers Albert and Gustave Stolz. These were the students of the highly skilled watchmaker Henri Standoz, then head of La Maison Tavannes. In 1898, the third brother, Charles Stolz, after completing his watchmaker training, joined the company. The company has grown into a legendary brand where craftsmanship is central. 

This is a rare vintage Angelus travel alarm clock. It is an 8-day movement with alarm clock function. The dial and case are overall in good condition for their age. The box has aged. The craftsmanship is clearly visible in this clock. The complications are also processed in a relatively small movement.
