Quiksilver, Inc. is an American sports brand, started in Torquay, Australia, but now operating from Huntington Beach, California. It is one of the world's largest manufacturers of surf wear and other board related products. The logo, made by the brand's creators, Alan Green and John Law in 1973, was inspired by Japanese painter Hokusai's woodwork The Great Wave off Kanagawa. It consists of a large wave with a mountain on a red background.

The company also produces clothing aimed at young women under the brand name Roxy. The Roxy logo consists of two Quiksilver logos, one of which is mirrored, which together form a heart. Quiksilver also has a clothing line for women under the brand name Quiksilver Women. Since 2013, after six years of losses, there is a new strategy. Although the company filed for bankruptcy in September 2015. After a restart at the beginning of 2016, the company became a private company again with Oaktree Capital Management as its largest shareholder.
