The Etna Rosso DOC "Contrada Cavaliere" is born from the clusters of Nerello Mascalese bred in the homonymous Contrada located at 900 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested strictly by hand from a vineyard over 50 years old, trained as a sapling. After fermentation in steel, the maturation is carried out in French oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. From one of the most suitable vineyards of Etna a sumptuous red with a marked territorial expressiveness.

Etna Bianco DOC "Contrada Cavaliere" is born from the bunches of Carricante reared in the homonymous Contrada located at 950 meters above sea level. The clusters are harvested strictly by hand and subjected to a soft pressing, before undergoing a vinification in steel at a controlled temperature. The refinement on the noble lees in the same tanks has a minimum duration of 12 months. From one of the most suitable vineyards of Etna a white with sincere territorial expressiveness.
