WW1 and WW2 English telescope, 3 stage
These were used by the infantry and especially snipers
It has the "arrow" and is therefore used militarily. The full texts reads:
 'BC & Co Ltd, Tel. Sic. MK. VI, 4058'. With the " War Dept Crows Foot."
The full length is 92 cm. 
Created by Broadhurst Clarkson & Co Ltd
One of the top companies at that time (see the ads on the last pictures). 
Started as established opticians in 1750 and by the end of the 19th century they manufactured a wide range of different scientific and military instruments.
With the beginning of the two world wars, production skyrocketed, in the 1970s it stopped for them 
The leather bag and straps are in good condition.
