From the Twergi cooperation with Alessi. 
Cherry wood, stainless steel.
Model GR1020 - 1st series - made before 1997.
Larger model. Special edition.
The Alessi parmesan grater measures 14.0 cm wide and 27.5 cm long
High-quality handiwork. 
The catch basin for the cheese is curved so that the grated cheese can be easily shaken out.
Very good condition with small signs of wear on the wood. 
Kuno Prey, Italian designer, was appointed professor and product designer, at the Bauhaus University in Weimar in 1993. In 2002 he founded the design art school in Bozen, South Tyrol, which is one of the best in the country.
