Crusaders Era Bronze Cross Crosslet with a Crossbar near the end of each arm forming Four smaller Crosses in a Circle (Solar symbol).
Rare combination of so called Sun Cross (a cross in a circle) beloved from the Vikings and German (Goths) tribes and a almost developed and more difficult type of a latin Cross. Presumably used from the Norman (vikings from Normad but mixed with the local population and Christianized) crusaders from the first crusade (1095–1102) organized from the pope Urban II. The Normans were led by their legendary king Robert Guiscard.
Small piece of the loop is broken, otherwise In Good Grade of Preservation with a lovely green natural patina and probably still Wearable but only with a thicker rope! See Photo
