John Bolt

This working lamp, with switch on the foot, reminds me of the renowned designer who at Philips was responsible for beautiful designs, Louis Kalff. I'm not sure, it can also be a lamp from the Massive collection (Belgium). One thing is for sure, it is an early design lamp with a clear space age inspiration. I date it to the late 50s early 60s.  The (small) fitting is connected to the shade with two screws. The colour is light grey and looks like an original colour. Brass neck with patina. 

Dimensions: 23 cm high and the hood has a diameter of 22 cm.
