Offered: very rare Asahiflex *TOWER 24* SLR camera equipped with a crystal-clear Asahi-Kogaku Takumar lens. The Asahiflex *TOWER* cameras were only sold by Sears Roebuck & Co.  
The camera is described as being the first SLR camera with an Instant-return mirror. I have not been able to find out whether this is actually the case.
The camera is in excellent condition, is fully operational and has hardly any traces of use. 
Shutter speeds: B, 1/25 - 1/500. All shutter speeds working but not tested for accuracy. Serial number of the camera: 68218
Lens: Takumar f 1: 2.4 58 mm, crystal-clear and scratch-free. Lens mount M37. Serial number 75144.  
The image can be focused well and the viewfinder is equipped with a folding magnifying glass.   
This *TOWER 24* is a very rare camera, hardly ever for sale in this excellent condition.
