Excellent multitrack recorder from the heyday of the cassette-based 4 track recorders- with pro quality Permalloy record and playback head, varipitch control, normal/double speed recording (!), excellent dbx noise reduction, transport control by means of luxury touch keys, beautiful clear display, 4 track recording and playback, bouncing, direct outs, and that unmistakable, warm, analogue sound quality. 6-channel mixer or 6 jack inputs, 4 direct track outs, stereo output, sync in/out, 2 aux sends, 2x stereo aux return, line out, monitor out, auto punch in/out, headphone output. Per channel volume fader, panorama (l/r), 2 AUX sends to control external effects, high and low EQ, master fader,

The manual is very extensive and covers all ins and outs of the 4-track recording process in a pleasant and profound way like recording techniques, overdubbing, ping ponging, sync, etc.
