Up for auction is a nice old vintage 18th century full size italian violin for professional musician or collector. The label says: Dominicus Montagnana Sub Sigurfuni Cremonese Venetiis 1728. The instrument has influence of Venetian and Cremonese violin schools. 
The softly flamed one piece maple back measures 35,3 cm. The total length of the violin is 58,5 cm. The violin is lined and has 4 corner blocks. There are some old professional repaired cracks on the top, not under the bridge. The scroll is grafted. Peg-holes bushed. Ebony set up,  new Aubert bridge.
This tonally extremely interesting instrument is now ready to play, and i recommend it highly for its large, warm sound full of typically Italian character.
