This is an old Adjustable Brass Lamp believed to be from the 1980s
It is in perfect working order , having the original switch on it.

The maximum height would be 655mm , to the top bend,while it can also be dropped down to 510mm.
The shade can also be adjusted to suit various angles.

The maximum length of the flex is 950mm. 

You will see on the photographs that this was made for “Marks & Spencer’s “ who were , and still are a very reputable, High End Company in the United Kingdom.
