Gucci bag from the Bamboo collection. The model is Diana from the year 2013. The bag is made of black leather and the interior is lined with the GG lining. It has a double strap, one of bamboo to hold the bag in one's hand and the other in leather to use as a shoulder/crossbody bag.

BAMBOO by GUCCI: due to the Dictatorship and scarcity of certain resources during the Second World War, the luxury leather goods industry had to reinvent itself and use a little extra imagination in order to stay afloat. Like other Italian brands, they had to use other materials in the place of leather. For this reason, in 1947 Gucci designed the Bamboo bag, which is a leather bag with an exotic touch - a short handle made of bamboo which was imported directly from Japan. Thereafter, the design was beloved by their clients and now, 70 years later, it remains an emblematic design for the company. It is present in all new collections with some alterations.
