I am offering for auction a pair of mid 20th century oil on canvases of Roman ruins, by Italian artist Angela Carugati, 1881-1977.

The paintings measure 70 x 50 cm. The frames measure 79 x 59 cm. 

The paintings are in good order.  Please look at all pictures for an accurate idea of condition. Ready to hang and enjoy.

Angela Carugati was born in Florence , but lived in Naples since the age of five.  In the city of Naples, her artistic training took place at the Institute of Fine Arts, which begins to go to twelve years. She was a student of Domenico Morelli . Among her teachers there were also Filippo Palizzi and Gioacchino Toma .
