Hands and dial are not by Seiko.
Dial and strap colour is blue. 
The case was also modified (coating).

The watch is like new, except for a few minor signs of wear in the coating on the bottom. 

The watch runs well. 

The watch has a rubber strap, 
suited for wrists of up to approx. 23 cm.
