How can I change/delete any feedback I have provided?

You, as a buyer, can adjust your feedback within 90 days from the date you wrote it. You can do so by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to 'My won lots'.
3. Choose 'Paid'.
4. Below the order details, you will see your review. Click on 'Edit'.
5. Choose which status you would like to give, 'Positive', 'Neutral' or 'Negative' and adjust your comment.
6. Click on 'Update feedback' to submit your feedback. 

Please note that there is no option for you to delete your feedback, we would kindly ask you to adjust it to a new status and text.
