Mr Alessandro, I am one of the most meticulous sellers you will ever meet and I do my job with absolute precision. The feedback I have received from thousands of satisfied customers on different platforms on the internet is a clear indication of this. Before receiving the watch from the cargo, you started to cause problems because of the customs fee and sales commission you paid. And after receiving the product, you opened the back cover of a wonderful product that is almost 50 years old, prepared a photo and mentioned that the product does not work. Of course, you then say that you want to return the product. You did not need to do these things to return the product because just saying that you did not like it was enough for a return. However, you were not honest and made excuses for a product that was definitely not defective. I am not a stupid seller to send non-working products to my customers who are thousands of kilometers away. Please contact Catawiki support team.
The crown is stiff, hard to press, and the date adjustment doesn’t work properly. The watch doesn’t seem freshly serviced as advertised. The seller hasn’t answered in two weeks. Not recommended!

Hello Michael, There is nothing wrong with the product you purchased, you just don't know how to use it. This product has a 6119 mechanism, not a 7019. As you can see in the video I sent you, when you press the adjustment lever, only the date changes, the reason this lever is pressed a little harder is because the seal there has changed. (After a while, the plastic seal will adapt and everything will return to normal) However, despite the explanations I made to you and the fact that there is no problem with the product, you are arbitrarily giving me negative feedback because I responded to your message late. This shows what kind of sense of justice you have... This would never be a problem for me. I express my endless respect to my fair customers who have given me thousands of positive feedbacks about the service I have provided.

peu satisfait, la couronne du remontoire n'a pas été révisée et ne tiens pas. une erraflure qui n'apparaît sur aucune photo est pourtant bien visible sur la montre,donc photo retouchée.
