Hello, the package was well protected, if this was not the case, everyone would complained about this. you are the first, so it seems something happened during delivering because the post office did also not updated the status. I even contacted you about this, but you did not replied back. It's a shame that buyers don't contact me first! You can not blame a sellers about something like this without consulting first. This is also my first negative feedback, too bad it's about something that was completely out of my power :(
