Upon reviewing the details, I can see that the package was attempted to be delivered to your address on November 20th, but unfortunately, no one was available to receive it at that time. Subsequently, it was delivered to a parcel shop for collection. However, it seems the package was not picked up, and as a result, it was returned to our warehouse on November 28th. Hervorragende Qualität, sehr schneller Versand. Und-ganz wichtig- : Sehr sorgfältige Verpackung! In diesem Falle die Rettung: Karton war stark beschädigt ( GLS); trotzdem nichts passiert(Pufferzonen!)
