The wine came ok!! But the delivery not good!! Very big delay!!! The courier company that the seller used was very bad!! The responsibility was completely from your side!! You should work with DHL .

I feel sorry for this "not friendly" comment. These delivery-companies shipping to Souithern Countries always warn for slow transport. In this case it's clear that the Greek-organisation took his time. You should better adress yoursel;f to them. I request to take away this negative review which is completely wrong. Catawiki should check these kind of reviews before accepting. They have a responsability to protect their customers.

The item arrived broken, and the seller doesn't care. No interest in a solution despite multiple messages and emails. Bought wine on August 8th, still no solution or proper reply from the seller

Sorry to see this review. This story is not the truth, you are as from the beginning a person that did not wanted to find a solution. The goods were damaged at the Depot and you did not wanted to cooperate at all to find solution. What do you think to get with this negative review ?? And the more important question: What do you like to see or to get ??With this kind of attitude we will not find a solution for your problem. I can't glue broken bottles !!, I can indeed replace them with other bottles to satisfy you. Be positive and let's try to find a way to satisfy you. I'm waiting for your positive approach. I'm ready to help you.

A little slow delivery and packaging could have been tighter compared to others. The bottles were moving when transporting. Old wines do not need any additional shaking when they are in delivery.

Dear customer, if one is looking for an argument to complain he will always find. My comment on this negative review is the following: 1) The bottles are not broken, so they were well wrapped and protected (positive approach). 2) the deliverytime is matter of the transport-companies and the seller cannot do anything or interfere. 3) This parcel has been 20 days in shipment of which 3 days in Depôt Lithauwen because the parcel could not be delivered (nobody at the door). Honestly I believe that the review is not right and that Catawiki should better screen/check the comments of the receivers. I cannot and will not accept this review and request Catawiki to delete. I hope that the customer gives the wine enough rest before tasting. Thanks.
