The mirrors are beautiful, however due to poor packaging, one has arrived with a broken tip, I keep them because it is little and could be remedied, but you have to improve the packaging of shipments.

I am sorry for the damage that is reported, the packaging was accepted by the courier as more than sufficient for a shipment to Spain.

Arrivato nei tempi previsti. Uno degli oggetti ha una mancanza descritta dal venditore, che però non ha menzionato, sullo stesso oggetto, una rottura completa che lo divide in due.

Buongiorno, sono dispiaciuto del suo disappunto la descrizione indicava che l'oggetto aveva delle mancanze e dalle numerose foto si poteva vedere ogni dettaglio purtroppo non sempre si riesce ad offrire una descrizione esaustiva e le fotografie dei dettagli dovrebbero appunto aiutare. La stima dell'esperto di Catawiki è comunque bene superiore a quanto da lei pagato.
