To deliver this product properly, it is carefully packed in very strong boxes, thereby wrapped in bubble wrap with lots of padding. We mainly use plastic to fill up the package, if wished differently please contact us. The package is shipped insured to protect both the buyer and seller. Thanks for the shipping but I couldn't try the device because the speaker output plugs were not included and are practically impossible to find in Italy

Daar kunnen wij niks aan doen. Dat is de leeftijd van de home cinema set die je hebt aangeschaft. Probeer op YouTube te kijken naar hdmi converter mogelijkheden zodat je je TV kan aansluiten op de set. Met vriendelijke groet.
