Vitra Organic Conference chair. Designed by Eero Saarinen and Charles Eames for a competition organised by the Museum of Modern Art in New York in 1940. An icon of American design. Upholstered in Credo 'lima/curry' fabric, black ash legs. Recent production by Vitra. This is the higher 'Conference' version of the chair, suitable both as a dining or lounge chair. This version currently retails over 2.700€ a piece depending on the country. The chairs are in excellent condition with lesser, inappreciable marks in the fabric and the legs. Another identical yellow Organic chair is for sale simulteneously. Combined shipment with other lots in this auction is offered for no extra cost. We pack with the greatest care.
