The Trois Rivières Single Cask Millésime 1998 rum comes from a single barrel. Put in barrels in 1999, it was bottled in 2015. Aging was carried out in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels for six years, then eight months in French oak barrels. It shares with the other single casks produced by the cellar master its spicy aromas and its woody structure.
