Unfortunately the item wasn´t shipped (this was proved from Catawiki - he didnt´t even provide any tracking number) and came up with the excuse that Catawiki just calcelled the shipping.Bad experience

Sorry but you are not right. We didn’t refuse any shipping. The shipment was cancelled by you or by Catawiki and the same day you asked me for the tracking information. Shipping can not be provided since the cancellation is issued and the refund is issued by Catawiki. That issue you have to discuss with Catawiki. We are not in possession of your funds, we are providing all services in advance on our costs before the transaction is completed. If it was done without your knowledge then I advise you to contact Catawiki

After winning a bid, he refused to send the lot, not giving me a clear answer after he admitted having some issues with the shipment. Awful experience.

Dear Pablo, my apologies for this experience but we didn't refuse anything. We are sellers but not the shippers. We are responsible for the item but can not control the shipping process which is up to the carrier. The item was already on the way to you once it was cancelled by you or Catawiki.

The furniture I bought is exactly as in the description pictures and description. The delivery from Netherlands to Italy was not fast (took more than 3 days) but was punctual and precise.
