Domaine Hamelin Chablis 2022 0,75l
6 Bottles
Tasting Notes: Produced from 100% Chardonnay Grapes, which undergo vinification in stainless steel tanks to retain the freshness of the fruit. This well known wine has a classic nose of green apples, hawthorn, with a hint of fresh mown meadow, a wonderful crisp, dry flavour with an excellent balance between fruit and minerality. Crisp on the palate while displaying good depth of flavour, and a long, dynamic finish.
Domaine Hamelin dates back to 1840, over seven generations, with Thierry and his son, Charles, contining the family-run Domaine today. They continue to follow the Chablis winemaking traditions, handed down over the generations. Today, the vineyards are to be found in three different villages: Poinchy, Beines and Lignorelles, with the winery and Vat room situated in Lignorelles.
The knowledge, handed down from generation to generation, is a harmonious mix of old traditions and modern-day techniques. Their focus, and the main feature of their Chablis wines, is to retain the flavour of the ‘terroir’, and at the same time produce wines that are both generous and charming in style. A well-controlled and thermo-regulated winemaking process is essential. With their own bottling facility, they are able to control when the wine is bottled, at the optimum moment, when the wine is at its most expressive.
The bottles seen on the pictures are the actual ones you will receive, professionally packed and delivered with express Courier and tracking code.
