Pierre Paulin Born on July 9th, 1927 in Paris, France, the designer of the Artifort armchair Oyster "F157", was one of the most important French furniture designers of the twentieth century.
His furniture is known for its organic shapes and use of modern materials. The Oyster armchair is an excellent example of his craftsmanship and creativity.

This Oyster was reupholstered in red fabric, but the fabric is loose on the seating. The fabric is still in good condition.
