Official White House state portrait of George H. W. Bush, and signed by the president himself hand signed in ink mounted in a wooden frame to Dave W. Green from the United States Department of State for '37 Years of Service' at the U.S. Embassy, London and given a wooden mounted wall plaque. The paper document under the plastic glass has been signed by Hillary Clinton, who ran for President herself and was beaten by Trump in 2016.
The wooden plague has some small chips and scratches, one corner pin is missing. The signed picture has an ink smudge.
