You are bidding on an original 1st UK Press of David Bowie, in very good + condition:

- A 1977 original 1st UK Press (47 years young) of David Bowie’s album ‘Low’, released on RCA Victor Records PL 12030 with first press etched matrix runouts A1/B1 (many of the letters & numbers scratched out), typical orange sticker at the back cover with track list. RCA on sleeve, RCA Victor on labels. The pictures are an essential part of the LP-description, so watch them carefully. Cover: Very Good+ - Vinyl: Very good+ (slight crackle in silent parts) ! Waw! Don’t miss out!

The album ‘Low’ (meaning ‘Low Profile’) is the first collaboration of Bowie with producer Tony Visconti and musician Brian Eno.Both sides of the album are different: side one contains short, direct avant-pop songs, side two mostly instrumental tracks; with musical observations of Berlin. As Bowie felt this was his least commercial LP, he nor RCA gave the album little promotion. It reached nevertheless number 2 the UK and is now considered by critics as Bowie and Eno’s best work.

This is a rare find to buy a 1st Press UK vinyl album of David Bowie in this condition! This is an album every true classic rock vinyl-lover wants. A fantastic collector’s item!
