3 Bottles of 2007er Riesling Eiswein (Icewine) from Mosel region in Germany.
This is a sweet white wine from a single vineyard of upper Mosel "Klüsserather Bruderschaft", this wine is from steep vineyards.
The bottle is 0,5l and the wine has a total alcohol of 10% Vol.
The wine contains sulfites.
The producer is winery Scholer from Klüsserath D-54340.
The bottles have a very good natural cork, all bottles have a wax closing over the cork and are additionally capsuled.
The Bottles are stored in a aging cellar, with temperature and humidity control, since 2007.

Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale/Medium Amber
Nose: rich, pineapple, passion fruit, dried fruits, raisins, walnut, quince, apple, citrus
Palate: long, great balance of sweetnes and accidity, dried fruits, peach, honey, apple
Perfect temperature: 11°C
Drinking Time: 2022-2035
