Zeer tevreden van aankoop, snelle verzending. Er stond zwaar gebruikt in de omschrijving maar voor mij was deze pen slechts licht gebruikt. Dus een zeer eerlijke beschrijving.

Hi, the pen is great and thanks for that. The reason I have gone neutral is because of the courier you used - FedEx Express. They charged me a further £85 for duty which I hadn't factored into my cost

Due to Brexit, we are required to pay customs duties on goods coming into Europe from outside the EU. Even when you purchase an item within Europe, customs duties may still be applied when shipping to UK, as is the case now. I apologize, but this is beyond my control. I choose to ship with FedEx because of their reliability, but these customs duties are imposed by the government. Therefore, they are not my responsibility, nor that of the courier service.
