Among the wines of this top house of Sardinia are the much sought-after Vermentino's "Stellato", "Stellato Nature" (max. around 1000 bottles per year) and the Cannonau Riserva.

Pala vineyards are divided into eight different "single vineyards" spread across the central, west, and south of the island. Different terroirs, the best position and the best type of soil are combined with the different grape varieties. Around the town of Serdiana, where Pala has its wine cellar and some vineyards, you will find mainly limestone and marl soils. The most remote vineyards on the central west coast of the island are vines in white sand.
Annually "Tre Biccheri Gambero Rosso" the most important and highest award for Italian wines.
