This is a wine and year 2019 that you can't ignore. A distinct blend of citrus and creamy notes, sweet spiciness and blood oranges. Soft texture and a full body, with a mineral undertone that make the white Etna wines so special. Pear, almond and a round creamy, endless finish that immediately leaves you wanting more.

2019 is without a doubt one of the best vintages in Sicily
The vineyards of this wine are located on the north/west side of the volcano Etna, at an altitude of 600 meters and of course on volcanic soil.
Before being sold, the wine is aged for one year sur-lie with batonnage and one year in bottle.
