I am sorry to hear your item arrived damaged. I sent it by registered post and it is therefore insured up to 100 euro. That doesnt sound good. It was working perfectly when i sent it, although it does take a little precision placing on the wall. Good luck👍. Of course the transport could have affected it but that has hardly ever occurred with the clocks i have sent.
Klok in prima staat ontvangen, dankjewel. Goed en veilig verpakt. Klok loopt en schadevrij.
