The lot was badly packaged and it was by pure luck that no bottle (not cheap ones...) got broken.

Sir, I don't know what is the problem but normally we pack in perfect materials.... Most important is that the wines are perfectly delivered. I don't think this deserves a negative feedback. I always do my best to solve everything. Have a great day.

I'm loving this! Made a bid in a fling and waiting for this has been exciting, getting the package was fun and opening the first bottle was an adventure. Tasting was exquisit. Great service 100%

In the first shipment, I received by mistake five bottles instead of six (Sauvignon Blanc - Domaine Figeat). After the necessary checks, the seller sent me the missing bottle within twenty days.
