we always, always, reimburse any courier cost that results overpaid after a combined shipment. the buyer has not granted us a reasonable time to respond before posting this double negative feedback. there were no 'email requests' as is suggested in the comment: just one chat message that we failed to reply throughout the weekend. we are now patiently expecting his bank details to make the reimbursement, together with the withdrawal of this hasty defamation.

Brand new bottle, well wraped , quick delivery …wine was completely gone … wasted … when you buy wine on Catawiki it’s all shit …

as a fellow wine consumer, I'm very sorry and sympathetic with you. unfortunately old bottles can be umpredictable even with impeccable provenance and storage conditions. this bottle is one of 12 -two cases- we purchased in a professional wine auction. your bottle is the eleventh we sell in Catawiki, and have received no complaint about the other 10, or yet from any of the +400 bottles sold in three and a half months of business activity here. it's a matter of bad luck, but it happens rarely. please don't be discouraged to buying wines in Catawiki.
