Today I am putting up for auction an older, discontinued, and very special model from my collection. It's a Ford Sierra RS from AutoArt's Millennium series in a 1:18 scale.

As you can tell by the photos, the model is very well-built and consists of many details, e.g., soft fabric in the interior, soft fabric on the shelf above the trunk which is connected to the trunk lid with strings, picture-perfect engine bay, and much more.

The model comes with its original box. There are unfortunately a few issues:
- The wheels don't turn with the steering wheel (wheels turn and the steering wheel turns as well, it's just that they are not connected)
- Mirrors had been glued back on
- Front wipers are 3D printed

Buenas tardes, la maqueta es tal cual la esperaba, una pena que haya llegado con la rueda rota delantera izquierda, no hay otra solución que pegarla, no se ha roto del buje, sino después,en los radios

Hello, I'm sorry that the model arrived with one of the wheels off. It's an older and fragile piece, so there is always risk during shipping. I hope you can attach it back with no issues. Otherwise I'm happy to accept a return from you.

hallo, rechter handvat ontbreekt! de verkoper zegt dat hij het niet wist . De verzamel waarde is volledig weg en hij zegt begrip te tonen!! wat staat mij te doen? mvg hugo

Edit: I found the missing handle and shipped it to you. Hello, it was clear in the photos that the handle is missing. I really don't understand your negative review considering that my photos always show the item from every angle possible. Why didn't you contact Catawiki and asked to return the item? I would have been fine with the return and refund... Also, keep in mind that the same model with the handle sold on Catawiki for over 300 EUR, while you won the model with the handle missing for 150 EUR. The price you paid was more than fair.

There are always 2 sides to the story. First you refused delivery so the model was shipped back to me and I had to pay a penalty fee for the return. Then you lied to me that DPD will send me a refund for the shipment and insisted that I ship it again at my own cost. I reluctantly agreed and shipped the model again. Not only did I cover the penalty fee, I also paid for the next shipment out of my own pocket. Upon receiving it you started to lie about the condition of the piece. You opened a claim with Catawiki, but you refused to provide any proof of your allegations. The only complaint from you that I can agree with is that "the box was dirty". Yes, the styrofoam packaging was a bit dirty as it's a vintage model, but it was highlighted in the photos. And you demanded I send you €75 EUR for that... Not only were you trying to extort funds from me, but also the model itself. Thankfully all my other customers are rational individuals and I'm confident that it remains that way.
