Πλοίο μοντελισμού - Ξύλινο μοντέλο ενός Statenyacht «Sperwer Boeier» «Utrecht»

Sperwer Boeier were used on the inland waterways of Holland, with apple-shaped bows and stern, rounded bottom, and broad fan-shaped leeboards for sailing in very shallow waters. The boeier originated in the early part of the 16th century as a seagoing merchant vessel.

One of the more famous ones is Sperwer "the Sparrowhawk", This is a copy of the Statenyacht 'De Utrecht' Staten yachts were used for the transport of important people in the period from approximately 1650 to 1850. These sailing ships were therefore fully equipped, according to the standards applicable at the time. The ships were richly decorated. This indicated from a distance that there were high-ranking passengers on board.

Condition. Some minor damage. One cannon is missing. there is also some minor damage to the decking. Otherwise the ship is in good condition.
