This BE series celebrates the Olympic Flame Relay. Limited to only 2,024 copies, the series contains the 8 circulating cuts in PROOF quality. The new-faces of the 50cts, 20cts and 10cts are the new drawing of Joaquin Jiménez, General Engraver of the Monnaie de Paris.


This box also contains EXCLUSIVELY !! the €20 cut in BE quality representing the Olympic Flame Relay, Minted exclusively for this set, which means only 2024 units of this piece were minted!

On the face, Marianne, symbol of the French Republic, is represented as if she were in motion holding the Olympic torch of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The flame that dances at the top of the torch symbolizes the passionate spirit and determination of the athletes.

In the background, an athletics track extends, reminiscent of sport.

The reverse of the €20 coin exposes the face value surrounded by two branches, one oak, the other laurel, which evoke the Euro acronym. The entire pattern of the reverse is framed by an assembly of lines representing the Hexagon.
