Cellaring: Store upright in a cool dark
place. It develops very slowly in the
bottle and may be stored for several
years.
Serving: Serve between 16 and 18ºC
in an appropriate glass. Perfect for
drinking on its own or with strong
cheeses, and desserts based on wild
berries or dark chocolate.

MOMENTS
I have few vices but dark chocolate is one of them. At the end
of an evening, I like to sit in my
favorite chair, read a book and
savour some dark chocolate and
a Port. There are worse vices,
I think.
