- A 1968 (!) original First US Press (56 years young) of the legendary first album of Crosby, Stills & Nash, released on Atlantic Records SD-8229 with first press matrix runouts ST-A-691575/ST-A-691576, typical 3-colour red-orange-green Atlantic labels, in a near mint thick cardboard (American style) inner picture gatefold sleeve printed by Presswell Records (PR), heavy vinyl pressing, with the original LYRICS INSERT with the inner picture double page band-photo and the original inner company sleeve. Cover: Excellent ! - Vinyl: Near Mint ! Waw!

The first self-titled album of Crosby, Stills & Nash was a strong debut, instantly lifting the band to stardom. It proved very successfull and very influential, as the songwriting and vocal harmonies were particularly exceptional. The album was ranked number 259 on Rolling Stone magazine’s ‘500 Greatest Albums of All Time’. In 1999 the album entered the Grammy Hall of Fame.

It is a rare find to buy a first US press of Crosby, Stills & Nash which won the band a Grammy Award in this AMAZING condition! This is an album every true classic rock vinyl-lover wants. A fantastic collector’s item!
