The Buzzard is a bird of prey that is frequently spotted in our vineyards, evidence of an intact and vital environment where the cultivation of vines alternates with wooded areas. It is obtained from the grapes of our hillside vineyards in classic Valpolicella, selected in more than twenty harvests for the expression of the fruit and the elegance of the tannins. The winemaking takes place according to the traditional Veronese Ripasso technique interpreted in a modern key.

The vineyards are located in the classic area, especially on the hills of Marano and Negrar.
