Bij uitpakken bleek de kap beschadigd. Er zit een deuk in de rand ; de stang van de lamp zat tegen de kap zonder enige beschermende piepschuim of ander materiaal. Ik heb meteen een bericht gestuurd.

the lamp suffered a milimetric deformation in the shade during the shipment. we have already provided a replacement. we would appreciate that this feedback is withdrawn as soon as possible.
