Made with 90% Sangiovese with small percentages of Colorino and Merlot, the first wine officially called Chianti Classico dell’Aiola was created in 1947, although red wines of Sangiovese all’Aiola had been made for centuries before.

-Aging: 12 months in large barrels and steel vats.
-Refinement: 3 months in bottle.
