Lamento mucho que pueda haber llegado mal. Le ruego me mande fotos para ver su estado, y si está dañada, enviarle otra devolviendo esa. Si es cierto que usted ha tardado en recoger el envío, y que el servicio postal trató de entregarle el paquete hasta en tres ocasiones. Puede que el cartero tras tanto viaje.... pero el envío fue realizado en sobre acolchado (burbujas) especial para este tipo de envíos. Debe de haber sido muy maltratado si llega en ese estado. Lo dicho, mande fotos y vemos como procedemos.
