The Laguiole Santoku knife has a stainless steel blade of 17.5 cm. The blade has a thickness of 2.5 mm. The blade is provided with dimples so that food does not stick to the blade as quickly. The wooden cutting board has a beautiful cow print, in which you can read all parts of the cow. The cutting board also has grooves that collect natural fats/moisture when cutting chicken, fish or meat.

Na het ontvangen van de vorken en messen zag ik dat het steak messen zijn .Die zijn echter niet zo geschikt om je boterham ermee te smeren.Miskoop dus eigenlijk. Beschrijving was onduidelijk.Jammer.
