EXPERIENCE MILLÉSIME 2013 André Jacquart's Champagne Extra Brut Experience Millésime 2013 is made from only the best Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Cru vineyards of Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the Côte des Blancs. After a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard, this Cuvée Millésime carries out an initial fermentation in barrique, which is followed by a period of 8 years on its yeasts before passing through the dosage of 4 g/l of sugar - Extra Brut The Blanc de Blancs Experience Millésime 2013 is a Champagne of great character, an explosion of perfumes and aromas on the nose: an initial fruity impact of apple and citrus fruit gradually progresses to more mature and oxidative hints of yeast, acacia honey, wood and cream. In the mouth it surprises with its finesse with a light bubble and still important minerality. To be tried in combination with Catalan shellfish or even for creative and refined aperitifs.
