British Journal Of Surgery First Edition of First Issues in leather bound volumes from volume 1 Number 1 bound in volumes I, II, III, IV, V, VI & VII all bound for The Queens University of Belfast and printed by John Wright and Sons Limited.
Volume 1 dated July 1913 to April 1914 numbers 1 to 4.
A very considerable number of black and white as well as some colour photo's and illustrations. A very rare collection.
Each volume measures 25.5 x 19.5cm (10" x 7.75") and the complete set weighs 16.9kg (37.26lbs).
Volume 1 has loose boards and is missing the spine and the marbled inside covers, others with cracked spines but text generally clean throughout all volumes.
The collection includes a very large amount of content which is difficult to adequately display, if you require a view of anything in particular please message me.
