“The Believers Brew has been created by Carlsberg and ERDINGER to celebrate Jürgen Klopp’s remarkable tenure with Liverpool FC. There are a total of 491 bottles – one for every official game the iconic manager has been in charge. The bottles are numbered to reflect a specific fixture during the nine seasons of football. Carlsberg and ERDINGER have worked together every step of the way. The brew process uses two yeasts – Carlsberg yeast for the main fermentation and ERDINGER yeast for the bottle conditioning. The same goes for the raw materials; 50% ERDINGER Wheat Malt and 50% Carlsberg Pilsner Malt. And of course, the brew uses signature Red Barley.”
