I got 48 euro for the guitar and I offered 20 euro for the dent in it due to transport. Shippingcosts of 36 euro were not enough, but that is on me. Insurance will not pay because the amount is to low, so I did not need extra details and wanted to offer about 40% of the amount I received. If you see this explaination, you will see this is a very regionale offer.

Why give a bad review to the seller? The seller can do nothing about this. Better respond to the link of the shipping company. They show in which depot it has been delivered. This should be in your email. I have sent the address of the depot in your personal mail.
